We accept patients with all funding types :
  • Home care packages 
  • Private health insurance 
  • NDIS plans
  • Workers compensation
  • DVA gold card holders require a GP referral. Bulk billed.
  • Medicare chronic disease management plan require a GP referral for up to 5 annual visits. Medicare subsidised, there will be a gap fee payable at the time of consultation.  
  • ​Self funded.

​Pricing 
  • Home visit Physiotherapy fee $135 ( 45-60minute consultation).
This includes travel* and communication with your GP if required.
